Designed and co-facilitated a three-day conference in Ghana, Africa (sponsored by the Ghana Ministries of Social Welfare) to introduce the Generative Leadership practices to build leadership capabilities of Ghana's NGO Leaders.

In partnership with healthcare and organization development experts to build a startup business focusing on addressing the high level of physician burnout and low medical staff engagement. This costly issue has impacted the overall patient care and satisfaction, which ultimately increases the cost of healthcare services.
