Tanya Truong is a seasoned executive coach, talent & OD consultant, and founder of Insagen Leadership Consulting. She’s dedicated to developing leadership & team capabilities by enabling them to be more insightful in their thinking, authentic in their being, and generative in their actions to thrive and create positive impacts in the world.
Tanya has over 25 years of experience with various leadership roles in diverse industries from big pharma to unicorn high-tech startup companies. Her passion is in building strong leadership bench, high performing teams, and an organizational culture that fosters innovation, agility, and collaboration aligning with business strategies. Tanya has a breadth of experience in leadership coaching & development, L&OD, team effectiveness coaching/facilitation, talent management, career coaching, and agile process improvement. She has facilitated multiple workshops and presentations at Meetup events, company conferences, and team off-sites around the world.
Tanya invested in her own learning by attaining her Master’s degree in HR/OD and Bachelor's degrees in Healthcare Management and Bio-Chemistry. She’s a hold certifications as an ICF PCC, Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and Generative Leadership Coach, dedicated to 1000+ hours of coaching. In addition, Tanya's a certified facilitator and coach with a range of assessment tools—including MBTI, DISC, 360 feedback, and Emotional Intelligence—to drive personal and organizational success.
