Our Beliefs
Insagen leadership consulting philosophy on leadership and organization development focuses on three key three-dimensional aspects: insightfulness, authenticity, and generativity. We believe and define a great leader as someone who practices and embodies these three attributes.

Why do we focus on these three leadership attributes? We recognize that organizations are created through intelligent people with great product or service ideas. However, we believe that great organization sustainable success and existence relies on insightful, authentic and generative leaders, it’s culture, and its employees. History has proven great organizations that continue to grow and profit are led by leaders with these essential attributes as exemplified by Warren Buffets of Berkshire & Hathaway, Bill Gates of Microsoft, Jack Welch of GE, Herbert Kelleher of Southwest, and a few other legendary leaders of our time.
